"Massive", "kitchen sink industrial policy". I get why folks are excited about the IRA. But can we PLEASE apply some macroeconomic proportion. US GDP in 2021 = $23.3…TRILLION. So renewable investment of c. $60-80bn through '25 is 0.3% of GDP! Massive?
