Norsk Hydro plant closes an aluminimum smelter in Slovakia and so too is Nyrstar smelter in NL, controlled by Trafigura, producing zinc. Energy costs too high -> forces EU to rely on Russian and Chinese capacity which is dirtier. We need CBAM now!
