In seiner Pressekonferenz verwies Biden auf Europa in Sachen SWIFT. Was er nicht offen aussprach war, dass selbst die von ihm angekuendigten Sanktionen auf bitten Deutschlands Zahlungen fuer Energie ausnehmen. D.h. sie sind weitgehend wirkungslos.
