@DominikLeusder @B_Eichengreen In fairness to Catherine it should be said that the "Eichengreen v. Kindleberger" construction was mine and not one that she necessarily endorses. I thought it was an Eichengreenian argument with Kindlebergian conclusions. She may not agree.
